ESP4000 Edge Control Sensor

The ESP4000 edge control photocell has been developed with infrared light technology. ESP4000 is the most important part of the system that reads the edge position of the fabric processed at the entrances of the equalized chain and ram machines and ensures that the fabric is processed to the edge of the chain in the desired thickness.

Thanks to infrared light, fabrics that transmit a large amount of light or have low reflective properties and printed fabrics rich in contrast are tracked and scanned without any problems.

Thanks to the sensor, the product edge is scanned with optical and mechanical contrast. The sensor works according to the reflection principle and the product line is used as a reflector. The transmitter and receiver are integrated into the sensor body. It has the ability to read the fabric with ±1mm sensitivity.
